I understand where the writer is coming from, however, I live and work in the area supported by NASA at Cape Canaveral. While the economics of this endeavor my not help New Orleans so much, my community would cease to exist without this program. Also, about the pollution issues, while some pollution is inevitable, you should be made aware of the immense wildlife sactuary located on the Cape. You would be hard pressed to find any other area in central Florida with so much life. It is really beautiful.
